Returns & Exchanges

At STACCATO Global Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn items back in their original STACCATO packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
